Gourmet blend of spices for use as a rub, baste or seasoning with main cuts for barbeque or other entrees such as fish, seafood, chicken, and beef. This gourmet blend has salt and cane sugar from Hawaii, Sarawak peppercorns from Malaysia, sweet smoked paprika from Hungary, garlic from North and South America, oregano from Greece, celery seeds from the Mediterranean region, and powdered Ancho chiles from southern Mexico. Use as a dry rub, mix with cider vinegar to create a baste paste, or sprinkle on beef, pork, chicken and fish. Coarse Hawaiian red sea salt, sweet smoked paprika, half cracked Sarawak peppercorns, coarse Turbinado cane sugar, Ancho Chile powder, granulated garlic, Greek oregano, celery seed.
