This South Carolina-style sauce is a southern tradition from mustard country. Where barbecue sauces are thick and yellow (orange sometimes) and where the use of tomatoes is a no-no. Sauces made from mustard are perfect for grilled pork and chicken. Our honey mustard is used to baste chicken and pork before and during grilling and also serves as a dipping sauce and salad dressing.
Prepared yellow mustard, evaporated cane juice, white vinegar, honey, coarse ground black pepper, Ancho chile pepper, pepper sauce, unsulphured organic molasses, ground clove, garlic powder, tamari.
